Our Lifestyle & Editorial portrait sessions take-on a different tone to our business or personal portrait sessions.
Although the outcome is often similar between these two types of photography, we use "lifestyle" to mean relaxed photo sessions where we work directly for you the client, and "editorial" to mean photo sessions for agents or graphic designers to achieve a specific visual brief, usually for print publication such as poster, magazine, or trade brochures.
The stylised images we aim for often provide more context, less "headshot" and are suitable for those wishing to capture images that tell more of a detailed story than our two-hour session or corporate portrait / headshot sessions allow.
We work with your art director to achieve a particular style in the case of editorial, or simply shoot in a far more relaxed session perhaps even based around drinks and long chats in the case of our lifestyle work. In either case these commissions usually comprise half day sessions or sessions spread over a number of days.
